Lesson Objectives:
The students will...
- Take in information from the story Horton Hears a Who by watching a video on ed.Ted
- Create a graphic organizer describing the beginning, middle, and end of the story
- Use the app “clips” to make a video representing the plot of the story

Content:
- Watch the following ed.Ted video and follow along with the audio reading of Horton Hears a Who: https://ed.ted.com/on/rQBPBdcn
- Fill in the following graphic organizer with the corresponding events that happened in the beginning, middle, and end of the story

- Break the students up into groups and compare their graphic organizers with one another and come up with a decision regarding the beginning, middle, and end of the story
- Act each one of three scenes out by creating a video using the “clips” app.
